To keep abreast of developments in the local labor market, regarding contract employee benefits and initiatives and to relay this to the most appropriate management level
To effectively develop sales and marketing strategies for the marketplace
To participate in all aspects of sales, including telemarketing, cold calling, and new account development through regular reference checks on new applicants, networking, and leads generated by interview. Total daily activity calls to TBD upon offer.
To actively seek information regarding the local market, to seek out business risks and opportunities in line with owner/ company goals.

Responsible for working collaboratively with other analysts to apply established analytical processes on diverse datasets to deduce insights and solve real-world business problems. also ensuring that all reporting and analytical responsibilities are completed competently in a timely manner, continually seeking out opportunities to hone existing technical skills (e.g. writing SQL/code, statistics, machine learning, etc.) and learn new skills.
Additional Qualifications: B.S. in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Finance or related quantitative field Preferred Qualifications: • Work experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, or comparable database systems • 1-3 years work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, auditing, and/or forecasting. • Prior direct experience in analyzing the relevant subject matter (e.g. Supply Chain, Merchandising, Operations, etc.)
Performs full life cycle recruiting, with an emphasis on strategic sourcing, including partnering with hiring managers on position strategy and candidate requirements, working with teammates to develop sourcing strategies to target and assess top talent, and negotiating, closing, and presenting offers. Develops and executes candidate generation strategies and builds a pipeline of talent.
